clean and finalizePayoff trades and purchasesReceive and process
paperwork from the F&I departmentWholesales and
purchasesCPO'sSubmit warrantiesSend reports every morningPay off
floor planBack up new billing clerkClean schedulesSubmit 8300's to
IRS and mail letter to customerFile vehicle inspection
reportsQualifications:Previous Experience billing In The Car
Industry-Minimum Of 3 Years ExperienceExperience in
CDK/ADPExperience In Data EntryKnowledge Of Standard Accounting
ProceduresAbility To Prioritize And MultitaskAbility to calculate
amounts for commissionsAbility to read and interpret documents such
as sales agreements, and procedure manualsAbility to stay late and
work on some weekends when needed
