A company is looking for a Patient Financial Advocate - RCM
Financial Counseling - Patient Transplants.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel patients on insurance benefits and financial assistance
options
Contact insurance carriers and advocate for patients
Initiate and follow up on prepayment collections
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED with three years of customer-facing
experience, or
Associate's Degree with two years of experience, or
Bachelor's Degree with one year of experience
Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
