Job Description:

Our client in the DFW area is seeking a Lead Payroll & Accounting Specialist to join their team! The right candidate will have experience in the following: Perform full cycle accounts payable and receivable functions Process and code AP invoices, manage vendor accounts, and initiate weekly check runs Post, receive, and record client payments and follow up on collections as needed Perform daily cash and bank reconciliations Manage bi-weekly payroll and audit timekeeping data for 164 employees (including 100 hourly) Assist with month end close Proficient QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel skills required Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
