Fidelity Investments, a leader in global financial services based in Boston, MA, is seeking a dedicated Senior Risk Manager for our Alternative Investments division. This role involves pivotal risk assessments and management related to complex investment vehicles including hedge funds, real estate, and private equity. The incumbent will focus on enhancing our risk management frameworks and practices to ensure robust controls and compliance with regulatory standards. Develop and implement risk management strategies for alternative investment products. Oversee and conduct regular risk assessments and portfolio analyses. Enhance and maintain risk frameworks in line with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with investment teams to integrate risk management considerations into decision-making processes. Prepare reports and updates for senior management regarding risk exposure and mitigation strategies. Participate in the due diligence of potential investment opportunities to assess risk levels. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of risk professionals. Expertise in quantitative risk assessment and portfolio management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in risk management software and tools Excellent communication and leadership capabilities In-depth understanding of alternative investments and related regulatory environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Risk Manager (CRM) preferred.
