Examine and process casualty claims, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately. Assess coverage and liability by examining all relevant documents and evidence. Negotiate settlements in accordance with corporate policies and legal requirements. Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reports on claim status. Coordinate with law enforcement, medical professionals, and other parties as needed. Stay updated on industry changes and participate in training sessions. Ensure a high level of customer service and support during the claims process.
