Fidelity Investments invites applications for the role of Director of Alternative Investments, Regulatory Reporting & Product Strategy. This position based in our Boston office will oversee and innovate on our alternatives portfolio within the financial services sector, ensuring optimal regulatory compliance and strategizing product development. The successful candidate will lead efforts in regulatory affairs, manage key investment strategies, and contribute to Fidelity’s global reach and comprehensive suite of financial offerings. Develop and implement strategies for alternative investment products. Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions. Oversee the reporting processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch innovative financial products. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to optimize portfolio performance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and adjust strategies accordingly. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance Experience in product management within the financial services industry Proficiency in data analysis and financial forecasting Exceptional leadership and communication skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar certification Professional certification in Compliance or Regulatory Affairs
