Job summary: As a Loan Servicing Associate within Commercial
Banking Operations, you will execute complex servicing and research
activities that ensure timely, accurate transactions and
outstanding client service. You act as a trusted point of contact
for internal and external stakeholders, resolving monetary issues
end to end and advising on policy and control expectations. You
proactively identify process gaps, drive improvements, and keep
procedures current so that clients experience speed, accuracy, and
transparency. You mentor teammates, serve as an escalation point,
and partner across functions to deliver high-quality outcomes. Your
ability to think critically, communicate clearly, and adapt to
change will help our team excel. You will lead operational and
control processes that reconcile accounting breaks, determine root
causes, and coordinate durable fixes with upstream and downstream
partners. You will contribute to system enhancements by serving as
a subject matter expert on current processes and performing user
testing. You will manage your book of work independently while
collaborating closely with stakeholders across Commercial Banking
sub-lines of business to support evolving priorities. Job
responsibilities: Resolve complex client, stakeholder, and audit
requests for internal account transactions, ensuring timely
solutions aligned to loan documents, servicing agreements,
controls, and policy Serve as an escalation point for junior
associates and advise cross-functional teams on policy
interpretation, escalating highly complex issues with recommended
solutions Lead operational and control processes to investigate and
reconcile accounting issues and breaks, identifying root causes and
coordinating end-to-end remediation with partner teams Drive a
continuous improvement culture by identifying and implementing
enhancements that improve accuracy, speed, and client satisfaction
Support system enhancements by acting as a subject matter expert
and executing user testing on new features and workflows Review and
update procedures and job aids to reflect policy, system, or
regulatory changes, ensuring documentation is current and accurate
Research exceptions and execute complex transaction processing with
high attention to detail and control discipline Partner
cross-functionally to enhance client outcomes, ensuring issues are
resolved end to end and prevented from reoccurring Plan and manage
workload effectively, balancing competing priorities and deadlines
with minimal supervision Mentor teammates by sharing subject matter
expertise and best practices that strengthen team performance and
controls Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or
related field, or equivalent work experience Four years of
experience in banking, mortgage, financial services, accounting, or
loan operations; experience in commercial loan servicing or
accounting Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills
with sound decision-making in complex situations Proven
adaptability to evolving priorities, systems, and policies in a
fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication with
a client-focused approach and effective interpersonal skills across
levels of the organization High attention to detail and accuracy in
reporting and documentation; disciplined approach to controls and
risk management Intermediate Excel proficiency, including formulas,
pivot tables, and lookups; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
applications Ability to work independently and collaboratively;
comfortable mentoring others and partnering cross-functionally to
solve problems Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Experience serving in a lead, senior, or mentorship capacity within
loan operations or servicing teams Track record of identifying and
implementing process improvements that enhance accuracy, speed, and
client satisfaction Familiarity with Commercial Banking operations
and sub-lines of business, including associated policies and
procedures Required or additional information: Visa sponsorship is
not available for this position. Work schedules will be full-time
in office, on a 40-hour per week schedule. FEDERAL DEPOSIT
