Job Description:

We are looking for a office clerk that is able to support our many customer service and administrative tasks for our Corsicana location. This person will be the liaison between our company and its current, former, and new customers as well as internal informational communication line. This position is crucial to our company's success in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Team members in this position will be directly involved in identifying customer needs, coordinating daily operational tasks, maintaining accurate data, inventory control and daily business reporting. Duties Work closely with a supervisor on call resolution, customer support, and outbound call projects to customers in the order process Answering the phone in various departments and transferring calls as needed Create documents, maintaining databases and sending memos and emails Collecting, filing and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential records Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping and banking tasks Assist in return/exchange customer requests, keep accurate records Log customer calls and interactions in Cases and assigning appropriate actions as needed Gain core knowledge of sales operations inside the company to best deliver support to the customers Take inbound inquiries and attempt to resolve through a 1-channel system Skills Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Be able to handle rejection and maintain motivation for next opportunity Ability to effectively work on multiple assignments Deadline-driven with the ability to work independently Excellent verbal and written English skills to effectively interact with our customer base Attention to detail and follow through on projects that require repeated follow up and engagement of customers Experience Some selling experience is great! We will also train you, if you are willing!
