Job Description:

Responsible for the compliance of reverse logistics operational processes. Coordinate reverse logistics flow of hardware which includes receipt of in-bound import and domestic receipts and subsequent distribution to customers, and OEM vendors. Interface with RMA order management function, 3PL, and market h/w screener engineers, for flawless supply execution. Support improvement projects in the reverse logistics function, driving continuous improvement.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned. In this position, either directly or through others, the incumbent will:

? Responsible for oversight of 3PL ensuring the accurate and timely overall reverse logistics delivery, receipt, other logistics processing of Client networking equipment, internal labs and on-going customer requirements.

? Creation of inbound delivery orders in SAP to allow 3PL to process receipts.

? Serve as SME for WNS reverse logistics operations.

? Manage hardware RMA support in accordance with specific customer service contracts, including packaging and labeling requirements.

? Root cause analysis and problem resolution for reverse logistics operations.

? Participate in inventory cycle counting and reconciliation processes.

? Build, maintain, nurture excellent customer relationships.

? Execute disposition of aging, obsolete, defective, and rework.

? Produce various periodic and ad hoc reports including aging pending inbound log.

? Maintain and support reverse logistics data in SAP, QNET, SERT, tools.

? Direct RMA product flow and disposition through local warehouse operations to ensure aging KPI?s are achieved.

Background/Experience to qualify for this position, the following minimal background and skill levels are required:

? 2-5 years? experience using an ERP system (SAP preferred) for all supply chain management functions.

? 2-5 years hands-on experience in a warehouse and/or logistics operation.
