Job Description Job Description This Leasing Consultant Position Features: • Temporary Leasing Consultant (Multiple Positions Available) • Close to Downtown Dallas, TX • Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week • Pay to $20/hr (Weekly Pay) About the Role Our client is seeking a Temporary Leasing Consultant to support daily leasing activities at a residential communities in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, leasing experience, or property management knowledge. You will assist prospective residents, complete leasing paperwork, and help maintain smooth office operations. Responsibilities: * Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and via email Conduct property tours and answer questions about availability, pricing, and qualifications * Process rental applications and verify all required documentation * Prepare and complete leasing paperwork, renewals, and move-in/move-out files * Maintain accurate resident and applicant records in property management software * Ensure compliance with HUD, Fair Housing, and community policies * Support front office operations and coordinate with property management and maintenance teams * Assist with resident inquiries and community events as needed * Help maintain a clean and professional office environment Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required * Experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred * Knowledge of HUD regulations or affordable housing programs is a plus * Strong communication and organizational skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi or similar systems preferred * Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged to apply Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023 -06/22- 088_EEOC_KnowYourRights6.12.pdf The pay transparency policy is available here: https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay - transp_%20English_formattedESQA508c.pdf For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, the Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
