Job Description:

has a position available for a Construction PM w/Admin Exp with
considerable construction experience, interested in providing
construction PM and Administration services for multi-family
residential projects being built in multiple construction types
with low, medium and high-density style projects. Position
responsibilities include the following: • Assisting the review and
responses to RFI's and ASI's, including drawings and specification
revisions as required. • Review of Shop Drawings in various
formats. • Job site visits to review construction progress •
Conduct Construction Progress meetings, prepare and distribute
Meeting Minutes. Requirements: A minimum of 10 years of experience
Applicants must be legally qualified to work in the U.S.A and have
an interest in the design and construction of multifamily/
mixed-use developments in various densities and construction types.
Accredited professional architectural degrees are desired and
experience in AutoCad and Procore are valued. Some travel involved.
NO SPONSORSHIP IS AVAILABLE, must be authorized to work for any
employer in the US. Pay is $100k - $120k depending on experience
