Job Description:
Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer
experiences and building long-lasting relationships with our
customers in our retail stores. We’re passionate about
problem-solving and ensuring our customers receive support that’s
timely, helpful, and knowledgeable for our energy services. As a
Client Acquisition Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact
for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues,
and guiding them through our sales process. We’re looking for a
customer-focused individual with strong communication skills, a
passion for service, and an ability to stay calm under pressure.
Client Acquisition Associate Responsibilities Respond to customer
inquiries through in person retail store meetings promptly and
professionally Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing sale
solutions or directing customers to appropriate departments as
needed Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales,
and update account information Collaborate with sales team members
to improve customer experience and share best practices Assist with
customer concerns and work to find resolutions Support team and
provide information about our products and services to new
customers
