Now Hiring: Senior Collector Location: Fort Worth, TX Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote after training) Start Date: July 14, 2025 Pay: $19–$21/hour (Based on experience) Hours: Monday- Thurs 10am- 7pm , Fri 8am-5pm Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Collector to join a high-performing collections team in Fort Worth, TX. This role focuses on complex and sensitive account scenarios , including bankruptcy and specialty accounts. It requires accuracy, legal compliance, and collaborative communication with internal departments, customers, and external legal representatives. Key Responsibilities: Process collection exception work via case, email, physical mail, or internal reporting systems Research and respond to inquiries through inbound/outbound calls and emails Review and validate deceased account documentation (proof of passing, executor documents) Manage Deceased No Probate (DNP) accounts through to resolution Administer and update accounts per Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) guidelines Track and confirm payoff funding for manufacturer-approved buybacks Ensure strict adherence to state/federal regulations and company policy, especially in bankruptcy-related processes ? Minimum Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in Auto Collections (REQUIRED) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion Effective research and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Experience with bankruptcy or specialty collections Knowledge of SCRA , FDCPA , and bankruptcy regulations Ability to interpret and process legal documents tied to estates and account servicing Apply Today Join a team where your attention to detail and compliance focus will make a direct impact.
