Now is your chance to join this excellent FQHC non-profit community health center near Dallas, TX. The location is about 45 miles from Dallas. Their mission is to improve the health and lives of those they serve with a commitment to patient-centered excellence in all that they do. Multi-Specialty Group Employee, Outpatient only. Annual Salary. Loan Forgiveness possible. Signing Bonus available up to $10,000 . Relocation Bonus available up to $10,000. CME time and $2,000 available. Up to 4 weeks of PTO available. 403B with employer match up to 6%. NextGen in use for EMR. Schedule M-F 8-5. 8 paid holidays. 1 week of Sick leave. Call Schedule rotating schedule, one week about ever 13 weeks. Location is 45 miles from Dallas.
