Job Description:
Join our team at Epic Special Education Staffing as a Bilingual
Speech Language Pathologist and play a pivotal role in shaping the
educational experiences of students with special needs. In this
role, you will provide onsite or hybrid speech therapy services,
primarily working with bilingual children to foster their language
skills and overall communication abilities. You will work closely
with students, educators, and families to create and implement
personalized therapy programs that meet individual student needs in
a supportive and inclusive environment inspired by our commitment
to excellence and student success. Assess and diagnose students
with speech and language disorders in a bilingual setting. Design,
implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on
student needs and progress. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and
other school staff to integrate speech therapy with students'
overall educational plans. Utilize various speech therapy
techniques to improve students' communication skills. Document and
maintain accurate records of students' progress and therapy
outcomes. Participate in IEP meetings and provide updates to all
stakeholders regarding student progress. Proficiency in
speech-language pathology. Ability to develop and implement
effective intervention strategies. Strong communication skills,
both written and oral, in English and a second language. Experience
with technology-based therapy tools and platforms. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k State licensure as
a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence
in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) by ASHA. Bilingual
certification or demonstrated proficiency in a second language.
