Lead audits, manage corrective actions, and drive compliance. Oversee process controls, root cause investigations, and supplier quality. Train the team on best practices and ensure regulatory compliance (ITAR, DFARS). Interface with high-stakes clients in aerospace and defense. What We’re Looking For: 2 years of quality engineering in metal fabrication or aerospace. Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100D, and quality systems. Proficiency in CMMs, GD&T, blueprint reading, and SPC tools. Strong RCA (8D, 5 Whys), CAPA, and process documentation skills. Interested in hearing more?
