Job Title: Footwear Product Test Engineer Location: Dallas, TX
(Remote, occasional travel required) Duration: 6 months contract
with possible extensions Job Description: About the Role: · We are
seeking a Footwear Product Test Engineer I to join our team based
in Dallas, Texas. · This position ensures that footwear fits and
performs to the highest standards. · The ideal candidate will have
strong interpersonal skills, exceptional planning abilities, and be
capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. · The ability
to analyze data and effectively communicate feedback is essential.
Key Responsibilities: · Manage multiple projects with a focus on
tennis footwear. · Oversee all aspects of the product testing
process, including planning, tester recruitment, running tests,
data analysis, report writing, and program management. · Leverage
knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes and athlete
performance needs to provide suggestions for materials, components,
and construction improvements. · Identify and communicate
performance issues to be addressed prior to production.
