Job Description:
JOB PURPOSE: Remove and install components for through hole and
SMT printed circuit boards. Rework experience with all types of
soldering, de-soldering, and hot air rework equipment.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to: Support
several technicians in the removal and installation of components
on various telecommunications PCB’s Documents repair information on
log tags Maintain safe work environment by following codes and
standards Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock, placing
orders SKILLS/QUALIFCATION: A certificate or equivalent experience
in PCB through hole and SMT PCB component rework. Experience with
BGA component replacement is highly desirable. Strong communication
and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure
