Job Description:
Position Title: Calibration Technician I Work Location: Plano,
TX 75024 Assignment Duration: 12 Months Must Have Skills Ability to
follow written and automated calibration procedures Basic
understanding of measuring and testing equipment, tools, gauges,
and fixtures Strong organizational skills for maintaining clear,
concise records Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to adhere to calibration schedules Understanding of
automated systems and ability to record data accurately Support
calibration standards, temperature and humidity testing Strong data
entry skills and use of Excel Positive attitude and dedication to
building a career in calibration Eagerness to learn and ability to
work in a team environment Nice to Have Skills Previous experience
with calibration (not required) Familiarity with manufacturing or
research environments Exposure to regulatory compliance standards
(e.g., ISO, FDA) 1–2 years of experience in calibration or working
with testing tools Lab experience is a plus Basic knowledge of
calibration/testing equipment is sufficient if the candidate shows
the right attitude and aptitude Understanding of quality standards
or prior experience in a quality-focused role Knowledge of
calibration standards and equipment used in manufacturing Education
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required Diploma
in a related technical field preferred Candidates with a Master’s
degree may be considered overqualified
