Position Overview We are seeking skilled and reliable Service Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and repairing equipment for our client. As a Service Technician, you'll provide hands-on service to ensure optimal performance, safety, and satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a background in troubleshooting, technical knowledge, and excellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities Install equipment, ensuring it meets performance standards and is set up safely. Repair malfunctions in equipment, systems, or machinery to minimize downtime and meet performance goals. Perform routine checks to extend equipment lifespan and improve efficiency. Provide clear and professional guidance to customers, answering questions and resolving issues on-site. Accurately record maintenance tasks, repairs, and equipment conditions. Update service logs and ensure compliance with all procedures and safety standards. Monitor parts and supplies, ensuring necessary components are on hand for quick, efficient repairs. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. At least one year of experience with heavy equipment or machinery, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong understanding of safety practices and protocols. Ability to lift objects and perform physical tasks as required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace. Skills Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team. Able to follow instructions carefully and work accurately. Demonstrated initiative to visualize, organize, manage, and complete projects in individual and group settings. Ability to interface with all levels of staff. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information. Ability to multi-task while completing work in a competent and professional manner. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move heavy objects. Extended periods of standing and working in an outdoor environment.
