Manager (DM) oversees multiple Jiffy Lube service centers in the
Macon, Dublin, & Milledgeville (Georgia) region to ensure
consistent operational excellence, strong financial performance,
and a culture of outstanding customer service. Reporting to the VP
of Operations, this full-time, exempt role directly manages Store
Managers and Assistant Managers across approximately 6 locations,
with a salary range of $80,000–$90,000, commensurate with
experience. The DM provides hands-on leadership, drives performance
through data and accountability, and ensures stores operate in
alignment with Allied Automotive Group (AAG) values, brand
standards, and safety policies. Success in this role requires
strategic planning, effective coaching, and the ability to execute
consistently in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Qualified candidates outside the Georgia region will be considered.
Relocation may be offered based on business needs and candidate
fit. Requirements: Operational Leadership & Performance · Oversee
daily operations across assigned Jiffy Lube locations to ensure
profitability, efficiency, and adherence to company standards. ·
Manage and achieve financial goals for each store, including sales,
profitability, labor control, and inventory accuracy. · Monitor
KPIs such as P&L, Customer Count, CSS Scores, and Mystery Shop
results, and partner with Store Managers to develop action plans
for improvement. · Ensure consistent execution of Jiffy Lube
Technical Service Standards (JTSS) and adherence to company
policies. · Verify timely opening and closing of stores, accurate
daily deposits, and compliance with all cash management procedures.
Customer Experience · Foster a strong customer-first culture that
ensures every interaction reflects AAG’s standards of quality and
professionalism. · Address escalated customer concerns promptly and
resolve issues to maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction. ·
Ensure store teams deliver consistent, high-quality service and
uphold the “no handles” policy. People Leadership & Development ·
Recruit, coach, and develop Store Managers and Assistant Managers
to build high-performing teams. · Set clear performance
expectations and provide regular feedback and recognition. · Ensure
timely completion of required training, including CBT, OJT, and
on-the-job role-play sessions. · Partner with HR and leadership to
manage employee relations, staffing levels, and retention
strategies. · Champion AAG’s culture of accountability, respect,
and operational excellence. Safety, Compliance & Asset Protection ·
Maintain a safe work environment for employees and customers,
ensuring compliance with OSHA, environmental, and company safety
policies. · Model and enforce proper use of personal protective
equipment (PPE). · Ensure all incidents and accidents are reported
accurately and promptly. · Protect company assets through proper
maintenance of equipment, facilities, and inventory control
practices. Administrative & Financial Accountability · Review and
verify payroll accuracy, timesheets, and compliance with wage and
hour laws. · Approve and monitor all local purchasing to ensure
policy compliance and timely vendor payments. · Conduct monthly
inventory reviews and ensure accurate ordering and receiving
processes. · Support budget planning and cost control across all
assigned stores. · Performs other related duties and
responsibilities as assigned to support overall business needs.

employee and customer experience. Qualifications · High school
diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred. · Minimum of
5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in automotive
service, retail, or similar multi-unit operations. · Valid driver’s
license and reliable transportation required. · Demonstrated
ability to manage budgets, interpret P&L statements, and
execute operational initiatives. Working Conditions & Physical
Demands · Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
throughout the day. · Ability to move between service bays,
including climbing into and out of vehicle pits. · Regularly
required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. · Exposure to moderate
to loud noise levels in service environments. · Requires
flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed
(typically 50 hours per week). · Normal or corrected vision and
hearing required for safe and effective job performance. · Regular
