As a Field Service Technician in the Renewable Energy industry, you will play a pivotal role managing various scopes of work on renewable energy power plants during construction and operations, with a focus on BESS and Solar technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our fast-growing company, while making a positive impact on the environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Travel to client service sites to oversee, install, and/or repair products and systems. - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction. - Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and implement effective solutions. - Train on the proper use and maintenance of equipment - Document all service activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades, using our internal systems. - Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements to enhance your expertise and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to promote a secure work environment. Equivalent field experience will be accepted in lieu. - Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or a similar role. - Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and/or energy systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams. - Ability to travel extensively to client sites, including overnight stays as required. - Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and weekends, based on project needs. - Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
