Location: DeSoto, TX Schedule: Weekend Work Required | 5-Day Work
Week with Two Consecutive Days Off During the Week Compensation: Up

focuses on high-volume undercar repairs , including brakes and
suspension, while supporting the shop’s Rack Attack inspection
process. This role does require weekend availability , balanced by
two consistent days off during the week. What You’ll Be Doing
Perform undercar repairs including: Brake systems (pads, rotors,
calipers) Suspension and steering components Shocks, struts,
control arms, ball joints, tie rods Support the Rack Attack
inspection process , including underhood, mid-rise, and high-rise
inspections Complete assigned repairs efficiently and accurately
Work within a structured system designed to keep bays full Maintain
safety, quality, and cleanliness standards Important: Technicians
are not responsible for selling work or building inspections . The
Rack Attack process is handled by designated staff so you can focus
on turning hours and producing quality work. Compensation Details
Hourly pay up to $20/hour , based on experience Additional $5-$7
per flagged hour performance bonus Designed to reward productivity

Automotive C Technician experience with brakes and suspension
Comfortable with high-volume undercar work Reliable, punctual, and
team-oriented Willing to work weekends in exchange for weekday time
off Coachable mindset with interest in skill growth Valid driver’s
