complete airline seats by working at bench or on shop floor. Join

back and say, "We did that". ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1. Must have the
ability to read, write, and speak English 2. Must be able to read
drawings 3. Using basic hand tools and measuring instruments fasten
parts together. 4. Must know where to find WPS & QAP's on computer
and be able to check for drawing rev's. 5. Must be able to perform
other duties as required. 6. Must have basic problem solving skills
Employee is expected to follow all safety regulations, keep work
area in a clean and orderly condition, and wear appropriate
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required for the assigned
work area(s). Performs safety related duties as assigned.
DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY 1. Employee is responsible for
determining if she/he has adequate information and materials to
complete tasks as directed. 2. Selection of methods and sequences
within limits of the specific jobs assigned. 3. Determines if
in-coming and out-going parts are made to specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS 1. High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 2.
Requires a thorough understanding of shop practices and procedures.
3. Must be able to read and interpret average to complex
blueprints, drawings, diagrams, tolerance information, route
sheets, work orders, safety guidelines, operating and maintenance
instructions and procedure manuals. 4. Must be able to add,
subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole
numbers, fractions, and decimals and apply concepts such as
fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical
situations. 5. Employee must be able to obtain and maintain all
required certifications and licenses. 6. Customer Focus: Is
dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal
and external customers; Understands that his or her job is not a
series of tasks and duties, but rather an integral part of creating
value for customers 7. Integrity and Trustworthiness: Behaves in
