An award-winning hospital in the Dallas Fort Worth area is actively interviewing for an Interim Labor Delivery Nurse Manager to join their outstanding team of healthcare professionals for a 13-week assignment!This 300+ bed short term acute care facility is prepared to offer high quality medical services to patients in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. Specialized services offered include: emergency and trauma, oncology, advanced inpatient and outpatient surgery, maternity and neonatal services, and much more. This facility is accredited by The Joint Commission and is a designated Trauma Center and teaching hospital with a multitude of full-time residents on staff. -Joining a group of tenured, certified RNs, the Interim Labor Delivery Nurse Manager will be responsible for oversight of this 25+ bed inpatient unit, managing a team of approximately 40 FTEs. The RN Labor Delivery Nurse Manager will report directly to the Executive Director Women's Services, and will collaborate with other hospital leadership to effectively lead and manage this fast-paced unit. The Interim Labor Delivery Manager will be tasked with unit team-building, development and implementation of unit growth initiatives, in addition to assisting the Executive Director with budgetary management.Requirements for this role include:

• Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN); Master's Degree highly preferred.
• 3-5 years of previous Labor Delivery unit management-level experience.
• Previous experience as an Interim Labor Delivery Nurse Manager or Director.
