Job Description:
Description/Job Summary:--- -Manages and leads sales and new
business efforts in the Eastern half of the United States. -
Successfully communicates International Enviroguard's value
proposition to prospective customers. Builds key customer
relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates, and
closes business deals. -Main responsibilities and duties -
- Successfully identifies prospective clients -
- Prospect, qualify and close new business opportunities -
- Work closely with prospective customers to build a
relationship, understand business needs and convert business.

- Daily customer and prospect outreach, both face to face and
over the phone to build book of business -
- Demonstrate a mastery of time and management skills. Will have
to learn to be a master in CRM system and proficient at the
creation and execution of strategic account plans. -
- Collaborate with customer and company's marketing teams to
develop and execute promotional strategies to drive sales while
maintaining margin thresholds. -
- Leads pricing efforts and accountable for profitable sales
growth -
- Indirect accountability of 3rd party manufacturer's
representatives -
- Submits regular activity report - -Qualifications and Skills -
- Ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of successful
sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment. - Experience in
distribution and safety a plus. -
- Candidate should have a track record of meeting and exceeding
sales expectations -
- Self-starter, willing to ask lots of questions, be curious and
learn from peers -
- Strong computer skills, including but not limited to Office,
Powerpoint, Excel and CRM platforms. -
- Must possess exceptional communication skills, including but
not limited to public speaking and presentation skills. -
- Demonstrated ability to react quickly to solve problems along
with the ability to learn from mistakes. -
- Ability to travel -5-8 weeks per year -
- Bachelor's Degree preferred -Physical Demands & Work

- Able to sit for long periods of time -
- Eyesight, verbal skills and hearing must be adequate to enable
written and verbal communication with customers -
- Time commitments will vary throughout the year and may require
