What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years as an active, visible leader with proven ability to drive improvements on OKRs, and improve performance through leadership, coaching, feedback, training, and efficiency improvements -
  • Production or manufacturing experience a PLUS
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-sized teams (15+ team members) while developing and maintaining strong team health and satisfaction
  • Experience coordinating schedules, controlling production floor expenses, managing workflow, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly collaborative within the production team as well as cross-functionally while showing agility to lead through large and small-scale changes
  • Comfortable with performance management, fosters teamwork within and across teams to achieve objectives, and advises and grows high-performing, highly engaged team membersThe Perks:

      • Be a strong leader through inspiration, care, development, and talent management
      • Enhance team member performance through feedback, guidance, training, tools, and systems among other ways
      • Contribute to site performance and development of the In-House Production team through coaching and development partnerships while building an internal talent pipeline
      • Guide and oversee hiring, promotions, and troubleshooting within your team

      • Meet forecasted production demand at target service levels through well-planned staffing, established workflow and scheduling, performance tracking, and process implementation -
