Job Description:
A company is looking for a User Experience Manager who will
drive a seamless, user-centered experience across digital
platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize end-to-end user journeys across digital
platforms
Conduct research to create detailed user personas guiding product
development
Lead UX research initiatives including usability testing and
competitive analysis
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in User Experience Design,
Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in UX design and research, with at least 2
years in a leadership role
Expertise in journey mapping, persona development, and user flow
creation
Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging data for UX
decisions
Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe
XD
