OpportunityYou will drive product excellence and innovation by
translating market insights into impactful features that address
critical industry challenges. Your expertise in product/ tech
services firms, combined with an understanding of the US healthcare
domain, specifically in RCM Ambulatory lines of business, will be
critical in product feature development at IKS.What will you
do?
- Strategic Vision:product development, product
proliferation/commercialization, product adoption, customer
advisory and deployment
- Strategic Roadmap Development:Develop and align the product
roadmap with the company's strategic goals.
- Feature Development: Lead the end-to-end feature development
process, from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and
evaluation, with a focus on Ambulatory RCM.
- Product Commercialization: Lead/Manage annual product revenue
targets.
- Revenue and Cost Management:Oversee the budget and investment
strategy
- Cross-Functional Leadership:Lead cross-functional teams to
ensure the successful delivery of product initiatives. (off shore
and US)
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with core engineering team,
customer engineering, data science, customer experience teams,
service delivery team
- Market Analysis:Conduct comprehensive market research to
identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in the US
Health Tech sector.
- Prioritization:Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize
feature development based on business goals, healthcare industry
needs, and client feedback.
- Quality Assurance:Ensure features meet the highest quality
standards and align with client expectations.
- Analytics:Continuously monitor and measure the performance of
developed features, gathering insights for continuous
improvement.What you Will Need to Succeed
- Master's degreein Business, Computer Science, Healthcare
Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 yearsof experience in product management, with a
strong record of developing product solutions in healthcare,
specifically acute and ambulatory Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Product, including developing, commercializing GTM strategies
- Proven track recordin product management, including feature
prioritization, and release planning, and deep understanding of
product understanding and user groups
- Thorough knowledge of product/program development, pricing,
implementation, and strategic analysis
- Experience with off-shore teams and leadershipCompensation and
Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $175-$210k.
Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to
current market conditions, location, education, work experience,
certifications, etc. IKS Health offers a competitive benefits
package, including healthcare, 401 (k), and paid time off (all
benefits are subject to eligibility requirements for full-time
