STAFFING MODEL:

• DAYS = 1 physician + 1 APP 7am – 7pm
  
• NIGHTS = Teladoc (day doc is back-up call to Teladoc)
  
  
  REQUIREMENTS:
  
  
  • 
    
  • FM or IM trained
    
  • 1 year of inpatient experience
    
  • If board eligible, must be less than 5 years out of residency
    
    
    PRACTICE DETAILS:
    
    
    • 
      
    • 162 beds
      
    • 1 Physician and 1 APP 7am – 7pm (APP need is based on census)
      
    • No procedures required
      
    • Average Census: 8 – 18 during non-surge; 20 – 25 during surge
      
    • Open ICU with Intensivist on back-up
      
    • Tele Hospitalist covers Nocturnist
      
    • Back-up Specialists: OB, Surgery, ED, Med-Surg
      
    • EMR: Medhost
      
      
      Hospitalists positions can be sponsored through the HHS program for a J-1 waiver.
