Practice Details An adult/geriatric group is hiring just east of Dallas, Texas Open to Internal Medicine and Family Medicine trained Work in an outpatient office setting Great work-life balance Physician's focus is simply on developing patient relationship Providing continuity of care for Medicare Advantage patients Group handles all marketing, coding, billing, overhead, etc. You are provided with an MA, patient care coordinator, and RN's The office hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p You will see an average of 16 patients a day in the office Compensation and Benefits The group is offering a very competitive salary ($215,000 - $230,000 range) plus 20% annual bonuses There is malpractice coverage and relocation assistance Full Benefits offering 18 days paid time off, 7 paid holidays, a nice retirement contribution and health, $3,500 CME stipend, dental and vision benefits Community This charming community is located within east of Dallas Only 20 minutes from desirable Plano, Texas Known for its family friendly communities Great private and public school options Requirements MUST be bilingual English/Spanish 3-5 years experience with Managed Care Ready to start ASAP (no 2023 residents)
