Professional Development Support Nurse (PDSN) / Clinical Resource RN - Pediatrics - Full-time The Professional Development Support Nurse (PDSN) - Pediatrics supports high quality, patient-centered care by offering feedback, guidance and mentoring to new graduate nurses and/or nurses that are transitioning to a new specialty.
