Our Acute Care units are fast paced units that include high acuity patients. Are you looking to increase your knowledge base? Our leadership team in Acute Care foster environments on their units to support learning, mentoring, and building each team member. Acute Care Opportunities Internal Medicine Unit Patient Population: Nephrology, Hepatology, Endocrinology, Geriatrics, and Gastrointestinal Patient Ratios: 1:5 Medicine Telemetry Unit Patient Population: Nephrology, Hepatology, Endocrinology, Geriatrics, Chronic Cardiac Disease and Gastrointestinal Patient Ratios: 1:4 Neuro Telemetry Unit Patient Population: Stroke, Surgeries (Brain, neck and back), Seizure and Altered Mental Status Patient Ratios: 1:4 for Day shift and 1:4-5 for Night shift Intermediate Cardiac Unit Patient Population: Heart arrhythmias, Chest pain, Post Cardiac Procedures, Renal Failure, Pneumonia, Sepsis, CHF, Cardiac Drips, as well as some neurological patients.
