Surgical Inpatient Opportunities: Microvascular Unit Patient Population: Microvascular and Specialty Surgery: Reconstructive/Plastics, ENT, VIP, Bariatric, Oral Surgery, Medical Overflow, etc.; Patient Ratios: 1:4-5 Orthopedics (Ortho) Unit Patient Population: Ortho patients from PACU, ICU, ED, and direct admits; Patient Ratios: 1:4-5 Trauma Unit Patient Population: TBI, Wound, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Gunshot Wounds, Falls, Psych, etc.; Patient Ratios: 1:4-5 Abdominal Transplant Unit Patient Population: Hematology, nephrology, hepatobiliary surgeries, auto islet cell transplant, living liver transplants, living kidney transplants, cadaveric liver, kidney, pancreas, and uterus transplants; Patient Ratios: 1:3-5 Urology Unit Patient Population: Urology, Colon, Rectal; Patient Ratios: 1:4-5Registered Nurse Requirements
