Job Description:

Responsibilities:

* Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice
* Develop and implement individualized care plans
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices

Requirements:

* Current and valid state RN License
* Current BLS certificate
* Completion of Critical Care Course preferred
* Basic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire
* Current ACLS certificate
* Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care preferred
* Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification preferred
