A-Line Staffing is now hiring Remote Benefits Case Managers.
This is a 100% remote, full-time position with career growth

Case Manager Compensation The pay for this position is $20.00 per
hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of
employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time
employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Benefits
Case Manager Highlights Full-time: 40 hours per week Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CST 100% Remote Mandatory attendance
required for training (no pre-planned time off or appointments
allowed) Benefits Case Manager Responsibilities Manage the care
process from benefit investigation and verification to medication
delivery Conduct benefit verifications and coordinate with
healthcare providers, pharmacies, and insurers Assist with
obtaining insurance requirements, prior authorizations, and appeals
Explain insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs to patients
Respond to patient concerns and questions regarding support
requests Handle patient enrollments via phone, fax, and electronic
methods Accurately review and enter forms and documentation into
systems Manage inbound calls and strive for one-call resolution
Stay informed on payer policies including Medicare, Medicaid, and
commercial insurance Benefits Case Manager Requirements 2–4 years
of experience in a patient-facing or high-touch customer service
role Strong computer literacy and data entry skills; proficiency in
Microsoft Office Must have a quiet, private, distraction-free
workspace Must have high-speed wired internet (minimum 15 Mbps
download, 5 Mbps upload, hardwired connection required) High School
Diploma or GED Mandatory attendance for the first 90 days Benefits
Case Manager Preferred Qualifications Experience with Hub services
or Patient Support Services Familiarity with Medicare (Parts A, B,
C, D), Medicaid, and commercial payer guidelines Understanding of
pharmaceutical therapies and medication adherence challenges
Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills If you
