Patient Population: Anyone between the ages of 18-end of life Patient Ratios: 1:2 Number of Beds: 14 Department Specifics: General ICU; >80% BSN; Average Daily Census is 11; Intensivist model with 24/7 coverage; Free-floating Charge Nurse; Floating to M/S floors is a rotational occurrence when census is low; Self-Scheduling. Qualifications Grad of an Accredited Program Specialized field of study should be nursing. RN license.
