Job Description:
A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Certified Medical Assistant
(CMA) to support a Breast Surgery department in a fast-paced,
high-standards oncology setting. This CMA will work directly with a
detail-oriented surgeon who requires professionalism, confidence,
and the ability to take constructive feedback. This is a full-time

The pay for this position is starting at $20.00 per hour (maximum
rate reserved for candidates with 5 years of CMA experience )
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of
employment A 401(k) with company match is available for full-time
employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Highlights: Contract-to-Hire position based on attendance,
performance, and business needs Full-time hours: Monday – Friday,
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Must be willing to travel to Frisco location 1
day per week Must be Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with a
minimum of 3 years of experience Candidates with job stability and
5 years of CMA experience are strongly preferred Responsibilities:
Room patients and record vitals, medication updates, and allergies
Perform phlebotomy (draw blood) and prepare patients for in-office
procedures Sterilize equipment and ensure exam rooms are ready for
procedures Escort patients to and from exam and treatment rooms
Answer phones, manage physician schedules, and perform
administrative tasks including chart preparation, faxing, and
filing Promote efficient patient flow and provide support during
exams and procedures Support and adhere to the US Oncology
Compliance Program, including ethical and professional standards
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Certificate of graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant
program (required) Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential
(required) Current BCLS certification preferred Minimum 3 years of
experience as a Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant Must have a
strong personality , confidence, and ability to take constructive
criticism Experience working in oncology or surgical settings
preferred Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand and walk for
extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Requires full body mobility,
manual dexterity, and visual/hearing acuity Work Environment:
Clinical setting with exposure to communicable diseases,
medications, medical equipment, and related conditions typical to
