Get to Know Your Team: - UT Health Jacksonville features 33 operational beds, an ICU, a 24-hour ED designated as a Level IV trauma center, a maternity unit, advanced diagnostic technology, surgical suites, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and a UT Health East Texas Olympic Center fitness and rehabilitation facility. Responsibilities - Performs CT studies/ procedures for patients of all ages (neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric) utilizing ionizing radiation and treatment of disease. - Functions under the general supervision of the CT supervisor and in cooperation with the radiologists. - This position is subject to overtime and call back asrequired by the hospital. Qualifications Job Requirements: - High School Diploma or Equivalent - Associate degree in Radiography from an accredited college - Upon completion of an accredited radiology program, the employee will have 90 days to become ARRT registered and licensed through the Texas Medical Board. - Basic Life Support Preferred Job Requirements - 2 years as a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist Preferred - CT Experience Preferred
