for a Family Medicine physician who will join an existing practice
in Forney, Texas. Join a team of dedicated family practice
physicians who are committed to helping patients realize their

support allowing for complete focus on the total healthcare needs
patients of all ages. Traditional office hours, Monday – Friday,
8AM to 5PM Provide comprehensive family medicine care to a diverse
patient population. Work collaboratively with a team of physicians
& Advance Practice Providers EPIC EMR documentation system Board
certified or board eligible in family medicine and Texas license
required FINANCIAL DETAILS: Employed Position with one of the
largest healthcare systems in N. Initial salary guarantee with work
