healthcare team in a state-of-the-art Labor & Delivery unit,

healthcare jobs and amenities. Labor & Delivery RN Job Details –
Mesquite, TX - Location: Mesquite, TX 75149 (Dallas-Fort Worth
area) - Assignment Length: 13 weeks (September 21, 2025 – December
20, 2025) - Unit: Labor & Delivery (L&D) - Setting: On-Site
Hospital - Shift: 12-hour nights (6:45 PM – 7:00 AM) - Hours: 36
hours per week (3x12-hour shifts) - Employment Type: Travel
Registered Nurse (RN) - Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,570 – $1,680 -
Charting System: EPIC - Scrubs: Navy or Royal Blue Registered Nurse
Qualifications - Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
(Nursys verification required) - Minimum 1 year of recent
experience as a Labor & Delivery RN - Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP
certifications (American Heart Association preferred) - Basic or
AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification preferred - BSN
degree preferred - Experience with postpartum care and vaginal
examinations is a plus - Resume, skills checklist, and two
professional references required - Ability to provide care for
COVID-19 patients as needed - Compliance with all onboarding health
and background requirements (drug screening, immunizations, etc.)
Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive
nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns in a fast-paced
clinical setting - Monitor maternal and fetal well-being, including
fetal monitoring and postpartum assessments - Assist with vaginal
deliveries and provide postpartum nursing care - Collaborate with
physicians, midwives, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to
ensure optimal patient outcomes - Accurately document patient care
using the EPIC electronic health record system - Maintain a safe,
clean, and supportive environment for patients and their families
