White Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family
Medicine physician to join an established Primary Care group that
is located in Forney, Texas. This is an employed career opportunity

board-certified primary care physicians and staff here work to
integrate all aspects of general family medicine to patients of all
ages - Baylor Scott & White Primary Care - Forney is a fast growing
single specialty group that consist three (3) physicians and four
(4) advanced practitioners - The work setting will be 100%
Outpatient, No OB - Clinic hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
