- ER Job Details: • Assume responsibility for assessing, planning,
and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per
shift basis • Provide comprehensive nursing care at the unit level
in the Emergency Department • Supervise staff to which appropriate
care is delegated • Support facility CNO to ensure high quality,
safe and appropriate nursing care • Ensure competency of clinical
staff under supervision • Manage appropriate resources related to
patient care • Work in fast-paced Emergency Department environment
• Maintain accountability for patient safety and quality care
