A nursing opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced, specialized environment. This contract position offers the chance to work with vulnerable neonatal patients and collaborate with a skilled healthcare team dedicated to neonatal health. Location:The role is based in Dallas, TX, a dynamic city known for its diverse culture, vibrant arts scene, and strong economy. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill newborns in the NICU. Monitor vital signs and medical equipment, ensuring patient stability. Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate and support families about their infants conditions and care processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with NICU experience. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills for neonatal care. Ability to work effectively in a 7P-7A shift schedule. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
