Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Nurse Manager
Of Med Surg - URGENT HIRE to join our team! You will be responsible
for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients.
Shift Details: Nights Salary: $84,000 - $127,000 / year - (based on
years of experience) Responsibilities: The Nurse Manager is
responsible for the supervision, coordination and evaluation of
nursing care provided on the assigned unit(s). The Manager
coordinates and supervises the activities for the unit, which
supports the safe and efficient delivery of care. The Manager
assists the Department Director in the implementation of
Performance Improvement activities, hospital policies/procedures,
quality outcomes, and financial management of the Unit.
Qualifications: 1-2 years of recent leadership acute care
experience REQUIRED with a minimum of 3-5 years acute care RN staff
level experience. Texas State RN license or compact license
required. BSN required; Master’s preferred. BLS required by AHA or
ARC. Advanced specialty certification required within 1 year of
