Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. 1 year of
experience in skilled nursing facility- New grads welcome! Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively
in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to providing
high-quality patient-centered care. Resume Must have candidates
current name, no nicknames, or abbreviations. Work history must
include name of facility worked, city and state, title, department,
and dates employed from the last 7 years. Agency names are not
accepted as the employer. Highest level of education listed,
including month/year of graduation and degree achieved if
