Registered Nurse (RN) | Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Location: Dallas, TX Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,797 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Opportunity – Pediatric Cardiac ICU Registered Nurse – Texas Start Date: November 25, 2025 Location: Dallas, Texas Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Rotating weekends (Saturday/Sunday for day shift, Friday/Saturday for night shift); no call required Highlights: 27-bed acuity adaptive unit caring for both ICU and step-down level pediatric cardiac patients Patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, and occasionally 1:3 based on acuity Experience with advanced cardiac procedures including ECMO cannulation/decannulation, CRRT, and post-operative congenital heart disease management Work with state-of-the-art equipment including IV pumps, ventilators, NIRS machines, and transthoracic line management EMR system: Meditech Collaborative team environment with dedicated charge nurses and patient care technicians on each shift Requirements: Current Texas RN license or ability to obtain Minimum 1 year of Pediatric CICU/CVICU experience as a staff nurse At least 2 years of PICU experience as a staff nurse Experience caring for patients with congenital heart disease and post-operative CHD management Proficiency in managing arterial lines, central lines, and transthoracic lines Current PALS, BLS, and ACLS certifications required Willingness to float to PICU, NICU, pediatric med-surg, and pediatric oncology as needed Why It's a Great Opportunity: Join a dedicated team of 90 professionals providing compassionate, high-acuity cardiac care to pediatric patients in a state-of-the-art facility.
