cesarean section - OB triage Description: The position is for a
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse. The facility has a Level 3
Trauma and Level 1 NICU. It offers advanced primary stroke care and
is accredited. The nurse will work in a unit with 9 beds. Patient
ratios will be 1:1 or 1:3. Equipment includes EFM, IV pump, and
NIBP. EHR systems used are GE Centricity and Meditech. The patient
population served includes all ages. Common diagnoses and
treatments include labor, pre-term labor, vaginal delivery,
cesarean section, and pregnancy complications. Candidates should be
professional, upbeat, motivated, and self-assured. Preferred
skillset includes labor and delivery management and OB triage. 5
