working with Cynet Health to find a qualified SICU RN in Dallas,
Texas, 75230! Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU Profession: RN

Certification - ACLS Certification Description: Unit highlights
include a 16-bed ICU with a patient ratio of 1:2. Assignments are
determined based on patient acuity and staff skills. The unit is
equipped with all necessary ICU equipment such as ventilators and
cardiac output monitors. Documentation is done using Meditech.
Scheduling requires flexibility with shifts planned a month in
advance. Floating may occur as needed based on staffing demands.
Special skills and experience include CRRT and hypothermia
protocol. Candidates are required to have experience with the
following procedures: central line placements, thoracentesis,
dialysis, catheter placements, cardioversions, intubations, and
other ICU procedures. Experience with surgical populations,
particularly oncology, is preferred. Dress code requires royal blue
scrubs. Nail policy is clean and healthy with no artificial nails
or gel. Hair should be neat and clean, with no extreme styles or
colors. Beards, mustaches, and sideburns should be clean and neatly
trimmed. Hair must be pulled back if it is shoulder length or
longer. Tattoos and body art should be covered whenever possible.
Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited. General
