Job Description:
Travel Nurse Across America (TNAA) is seeking experienced
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurses to join our network and
provide critical care to newborns facing serious health challenges.
As a TNAA travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in

development. Provide high-quality critical care to newborns with
serious medical conditions. Monitor and administer medication and
intravenous infusions. Assist in surgeries or other medical
procedures. Communicate effectively with parents and the healthcare
team. Maintain patient records and adhere to hospital protocols.
Educate parents on newborn care and post-discharge procedures.
Proficient in neonatal resuscitation and stabilization. Ability to
operate NICU-specific medical equipment. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving
capabilities. Compassion and sensitivity in handling patients and
their families. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the
U.S. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification. Basic Life
Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
certification.
